This policy outlines what is and is not permitted when using the workthin service. All users, including those on free plans, are bound by this policy.

You may not use workthin to:

• Store or distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' projects, accounts, or data.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the service in an automated fashion beyond approved API usage.
• Transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or resource exhaustion.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any account that violates this policy. Where possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before taking action. In cases of severe or repeated violations we may act immediately without prior notice. If you believe your account was suspended in error, contact support@workthin.app.
